Use of the authenticated Stratica platform or file-exchange services may also be governed by a separate agreement between Stratica Health and the organization that authorized your access. If those terms conflict, the applicable signed agreement controls for the services it covers.

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. Platform access is limited to authorized users and must be used only for the organization and purposes for which access was granted.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, following your organization's security requirements, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share accounts, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the services, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted areas, or use the services in violation of law or contract.

Pricing information and professional judgment

Stratica provides claims-repricing calculations and supporting information based on configured methodologies and available reference data. Results are informational workflow outputs, not a guarantee of payment, coverage, medical necessity, legal compliance, or adjudication by Medicare or another payer. Users remain responsible for reviewing results and applying appropriate professional judgment.

Intellectual property

The website, software, branding, and original content are owned by Stratica or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Government publications and third-party data remain subject to their respective ownership and use terms. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website and authorized services as described here.

Links and references to third-party services, including government resources, are provided for convenience. Stratica does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation

The public website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Stratica disclaims warranties not expressly provided in a signed agreement.
