Our web hosting and security services may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. If you use the authenticated platform, we also process account details, activity records, support requests, and information submitted by or for your organization.

Claims and health information

The public marketing website is not intended for submitting claims, protected health information, or other sensitive data. Information entered into the authenticated platform or approved file-exchange workflows is processed to provide services to the subscribing organization and is governed by the applicable customer agreement, business associate agreement, and organizational instructions.

How we use information

• Authenticate users, administer accounts, and support authorized workflows.
• Detect misuse, investigate incidents, and maintain operational records.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce agreements.

How information is shared

We do not state that public-site visitor information is sold.

Privacy questions may also be directed through your established Stratica business or support contact.
